One of the most prominent support elements to this newly formed entity is its shareholders experience through various projects like its participation in the execution of the second phase of Haramain High speed Rail (HHR) project which include track laying, supplies and installations of complete system, electrification of the line, signaling and telecommunication system, train sets manufacturing and procurement and finally operation and maintenance for 12 years.

For this purpose the company hired very well known experts in the railways field, One of those is Ali Al Karni who worked at the Saudi Railways Organization for twelve years as Vice President and the lead of railways Network Expansion Program in Saudi Arabia as well as representing the Kingdom in the Technical Committee leading the GCC’s Railway network project.

MASAR’s headquarter is located in Al Khobar with two offices in Riyadh and Jeddah to keep adhered to the main Economic Centers in the Kingdom, and prospected railways projects areas. MASAR also has administrative support offices in Dubai, UAE and in Doha, Qatar.
